What changed, and when

Every verification pass, rate check and offer expiry we can evidence, newest first. This is the log the site runs on — the same entries feed the RSS feed and the Telegram channel.

Read the labels literally. Where we hold a real before and after — an offer that ended, a level that moved — the entry says «recorded». Everywhere else all we can honestly evidence is that a fact was re-checked on a date, so the entry says «checked», not «changed». We do not keep value history yet, and inventing a difference from a verification date would make this page fiction.
